We used Josh to cater my parents 60th anniversary party. EVERYTHING was fantastic. Our menu included Adobo Smoked Pork, Cornell Chicken Thighs, DFB Hash, Loaded Smashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, Green Apple Slaw, Pickles, and SAUCE! We could have ordered just the hash or the smashed potatoes, because both are potatoes, but I don't think I could pick which I liked better. As far as the slaw, it needs to be mixed (the dressing settles a bit). Thank you Josh, we WILL be using you again!! And we look forward to trying some other items at your food truck.

I wanted to thank you for the amazing meal you created for my husband's birthday party last weekend. The guests can't stop raving about the food! It was so innovative and had something for everyone. We're just now finishing up the leftovers we didn't freeze, and we're looking forward to pulling a tray of the delicious pulled pork out of the freezer to enjoy on a winter night!
